My point is, PhDs dont impress me especially when my father and oldest brothers are MD. In fact they told me never to call one of my professors doctor. Call them prof so and so or by his or her's first name.

Someone who teaches at a Uni is a Professor. They may also be a Doctor. They may also be a man or a woman. They may also be a mother or a father or an uncle or a brother.

I'm sure they probably get called many things.

My ass they're a doctor. If I'm sick I'm running away from someone with a PhD. Its funny cause now psychologists are trying to get laws passed so they can prescribe medicine like MDs. Nope, PhD just means they can talk to their "patients".
