C'mon Floyd... get your passion back for the sport of boxing already.

You got two major paydays lined up in 2011 (sergio/pac).

You can beat both of'em. Look what you did to Marquez and Mosley.

Pac and Sergio would suffer the same fate. Lets go already! Stop bustin nuts in that redbone 24/7 and get back into the damn gym already.

Once he declares that he will fight Martinez at 154 then we can talk about if he is a threat to Martinez or not. Until then he is not a threat to Martinez.
but if he does, he is?......lol.......thats ****** as ****......so since floyd refused to fight pac, no one should be atlking about floyd being a threat to pac?.....ther goes your ****** power trippin ass again!

It’s going to be very difficult to see another fighter with the combination of quickness, precision and power that Manny Pacquiao fights with. I believe he is at his peak right now. I don’t know for how much longer he will fight at this level, but I see very few people that can beat him or give him a competitive fight.”

floyd and manny are in the same weight class.

sergio and manny are not, unless manny elects to defend his belt.

Is tim Bradley a threat to Andre Ward?

            Well that is for debate.

Because, you can turn it around and say the same thing about Pac.

let's simplify it.....and back to the original topic, is pac a threat to sergio at 154, yes or no only?.....no ifs no buts.....

In my humble opinion, Mayweather is a far superior BOXER than Pacquiao, could be one of the best boxer (2nd to Muhammad Ali). But Pacquiao is a better FIGHTER than Mayweather.

And so I think what Martinez is saying can easily be taken out of context. I could be wrong but I think that this is what he meant.

Mayweather is a more feasible (relatively) fight for Martinez (aside for making more money) than Pacquiao because of the size. Mayweather can easily (relatively) make the 154+ weight while it is far and reaching for Pacquiao.

Martinez is also oiling the engine so to speak. He wanted to get Mayweather's sympathy inorder to get the nod in fighting him.

Though ultimately, for old times' sakes....Pacquiao could go up and fight Martinez but that's not probable. Whereas Mayweather's probability in fighting again is still up on the air.

Experts, Boxers and Fans alike would like to see the Mayweather THE BOXER vs Pacquiao THE FIGHTER...

I know I do. But Martinez's marketing and campaign has already started. He is getting up there in age, and getting paid before the retirement is the ideal.

floydis bigger than manny but they are in the same weightclass...ok then , dont blame pac for not wanting to go above 150...

floyd may beat pac 6x out of 10 but in the end, pac got more balls than floyd.
