    Didn't this already happen? the report says November 15, which tells me it's not a repeat performance.

                this has to be a joke.. these charges wont stick to glue.. just another wannabe rich over night bum trying to get some money.. unless this was captured on video, dude has no case.. sad its just more bad publicity for floyd.. cant wait until he takes it out on manny..lol

                        The cops and the DA are making a big show out of going after Floyd.

                        I think they are over-reaching and this is going to blow up in their faces.

                            Speaking of big shows, will Floyd get charged for mistakenly breaking The Big Shows nose in 2008? Seeing how he's getting charged with old stuff, now is the time to charge him for this too. They should also charge him for use of a deadly weapon on Ricky Hatton[the ring post].
