you need to take supplements(for example milk thistle to cleanse your liver) before, during and after cycles to keep safe. also going to the doctor for testing is a good idea.

theres no question steroids are dangerous but so is any other drug.
I agree with that and I actually made that argument with someone. The problem however - and this was pointed out to me - is that while we know the short term effects are dangerous, we don't know what the long term effects are and that is a HUGE, HUGE problem.

      - there are steroids that can be in and out of your system in a matter of days. so with a 7 day window, you can take steroids and get away with it. however you would not benefit from it in that short amount of time. there is no steroid that you can take and get results that fast.

      - as of a few years ago HGH was undetectable. they may have developed something recently that can detect it, IDK. If it is still undetectable then no amount testing will matter. if it can be detected, then we are back to same position as above, HGH will do nothing in a week. Also, HGH helps you grows new muscles, while steroids make them bigger. HGH is commonly used with steroids to get the max benefit.

      - NOW HERES THE BIG THING. it is possible to do a cycle, long before a fight. come into camp clean and pass all the testing and be stronger then you would be naturaly. yes you will lose size and strength when you come off a cycle and your system is clean, BUT you should still be stronger and bigger then you would naturally be.

THE ONLY WAY TO MAKE SURE SOMEONE IS NOT CHEATING IS YEAR ROUND RANDOM TESTING. and thats if they've developed something to detect HGH.

Conclusion: if its not year round testing, you're not gonna know if the other has cheated or not.

that leaves floyd with 4 options:
      1) drop the testing issue since it can be worked around if its not year round testing
      2) accept the 7 day cut off, since it means pac will at least be clean coming into the fight
      3) wait for pac to accept his demands. but doesnt mean pac still cant cheat since its not year round
      4) demand year round testing. set the fight date a year or more from now have pac tested til then.
that's what I've been saying all along. 7 day cutoff is fine because there is no benefit 7 days before a fight, especially since that week is dedicated to promotion and training camp is winding down.

if you're gonna catch anyone, it's with year round testing.

Umm..yes it can. Just ask Marion Jones or Barry Bonds or Mark McGwire. Just ask someone who uses because you sound like a real idiot. Yeah you need to train hard but what the **** do you think the steroids are for?

Josh Gibson hit 4 home runs less than what Bonds did in 1933 or 1934(don't remember which) he hit 69 home runs...

And, he did that in less than 162 games mind you...

He just don't get the credit or recognition he deserves...But, yet those same mofo's don't recognize Gibson numbers would big up Babe Ruth numbers.

            Is bullshit I tell you.

i think, here again its just my opinion, if used properly the long term effects are known. steroids have been arounf for a long, long time.

we hear about the abusers all the time cause they die or someone shows up on TV like lyle alzado and blames steroids for their condition. but you dont hear about the guy thats been using it for 10+ years, correctly and is fine. i know more guys that have used steroids for 10 years or more and are fine then are unhealthy

you're too obvious moron...you're just trying to overrate peds for your personal agenda. every human being has limitations...if steroids can bring you beyond that your body will crumble when the effects are gone. you won't last because your body will deteriorate very fast.
