Rocky's wins over Creed, Clubber Lang, Drago and defeating Antonio Tarver when he was 68 years old are incredible wins and definitely hall of fame worthy. Sure he lost 24 times, but those wins alone are better than any wins of Mike Tyson or Chavez.

During the making of Rocky Balboa, to make the fight scenes look a bit more real to its predecesors, Stallone told Tarver to make contact with him (obviously not a full fledged punch), but he insisted for Tarver to make contact. There was an interview during the making of the movie where both talk about it...and No, Stallone wasn't puking or KO'd.
