There is an element of truth here.

manny largely sells to the same group of people over and over. Which is why his numbers in big fights have been consistent.


regarding floyd's popularity, much of his advantage over Manny has to do with the physical appearance. Women just do not find guys who look like Manny to be attractive.

Women are a big part of Oscar's and Floyd's buys.

floyd is a better salesman and negotiates a better contract than manny does. everybody that has worked for arum and made it big all said arum will screw you over, essentially he is a white don king. perhaps if arum had a fair deal with manny, he might make as much if not more than floyd.

Yeah. Women are a big part of how an athlete (male) gets big.

Look at all the athletes who became super-huge.

It's no coincidence that so many of them are also attractive physically.
