Actually if your gonna call out ppl, you should be accurate too about it. Floyd chose to duck Mosley despite being a WW longer than Pac and fought no-name Sharmba Mitchell, Judah (who was coming off a loss no less), Baldomir (who has the same defense as Hatton and Margarito) and, oh hey Hatton as well!

You Floyd nuthuggers are a bunch of jokers really. You get your panties stuck up your a@@ about competition and complain Pac took on Hatton and Margarito who were "tailor-made" for him and you seem to forget Floyd took on nothing but hand-picked, tailor-made non-contenders before he first retired. The only guys in his last 8 bouts that were "contenders" were oddly De La Hoya who I love was called "beyond his prime" when he faced Pac but came less than a year after facing Mayweather and Mosley who was coming off an 18-month layoff and was nearly 40.

To refresh Floyd nuthuggers memories, at the same time Floyd was beating up on Hatton [who he forced up in weight to WW], he ignored a prime Cotto, ignored Mosley, ignored a hungry Paul Williams AND ignored Margarito. Really, what's up with that? I can forgive Margarito but that's when I lost respect for him. You know what else makes me laugh about nuthuggers when it comes to Floyd: Pac takes on as a WW Margarito and given his victory over ACTUAL WW contenders in Cotto and Clottey you piss your pants and throw a fit when the RIng gives him the WW #1 spot but Floyd beats a WW poser in Marquez and say nothing when the Ring gave him his #1 spot back in the pound-for-pounds and #2 just under Mosley for WW rankings. Really, beating an over-bloated Marquez does that? Yea he also beat non-threats in Baldomir and Judah and a Sharmba Mitchell (ohhhhh watch out this guys a killer huh)...

No matter who Pac faces it will automatically be sub-par unless its a forced issue: taking on Marquez or Martinez is a weight issue and I'm part of the crowd that firmly believes Pac is a non-dehydrating WW, he'll stick under 147 pounds official weigh in and fight-night weigh in. Making Marquez go up is as silly as demanding Pac go down in weight and asking a WW to take on a contender @ 154 is also ridiculous too. Berto and less so Mosley are the last 2 WW contenders out there and frankly Berto can't sell **** anymore than Bradley can pack a McDonalds. That's the reality and if your gonna complain about it, then I'd say look back at Floyd first and before saying something ******.

Then, we both agree with the point that "there will [and should] be a cutoff date," because testing too close to the fight date is pointless and may actually harm the fighters.

So then, if I was a wise negotiator, why would I leave the testing date up to chance? What if the tester is an overzealous, gung-ho, fresh out of college kid who wants to test the fighters just minutes before the fight. Would it not be wiser to just simply specify a cutoff date that is fair and acceptable to both fighters?

            SURE ALT!
We saw how pacq lost all those days of sparring following his physical for his clottey fight. GTFOH!

just like pacs 10 mil per lb was unheard of even when pac has comeinto a fight over weight.

you *******s are so easy to own. so your point was again?

              • It's funny to see ppl take this comment and run with it. Just curious, when Roach said he wanted to get Mayweather in the ring at a catchwieght of around 142 so he could drain him as much as possible, did you all run with it like this? What about when he wanted Mosley to drop down to 140 to drain him? DLH? Cotto? But if Kontz says Mayweather is waiting for Pac to get old, all of a sudden all Pac fans jump on it. As if Mayweather ages differently than any other man... Sure you all will bring up that Pac has been in so many wars so he will age faster than Mayweather (in ring years). But following that logic, that would means Barrera, Morales, DLH, Cotto, Margarito were all well past thier primes when Pac fiught them.

Back to the "comment", as if Mayweather's getting younger? How does this make any sense? Pac is the one looking like he's waiting for Mayweather to get older/slower etc. Just as he in fact did to Mosley. Contradicting themselves yet again.

                  Validates my points yet again........
oh yeah?? how about when mosley was prime..pac was in lower weights? like 130 and below?? cmon man do better!

They then went radio silence. There is simply no excuse or possible explanation for this conduct. I've yet to even hear a credible attempt. Clearly, Mayweather doesn't want this fight. The last time he was asked, he said so. He said he was "going on vacation." You can argue all day long about this, but the facts are obvious.

And, I'm not in Pacquiao's camp or Mayweather's. I'm just a boxing fan. It seems evident that Mayweather is afraid of losing his 0, which is ironic because most true boxing fans thought he lost that during his first fight with J.L. Castillo. And, let's be honest, Mayweather should have blown Castillo out (like he did the second fight). It is like the ODH fight against Sturm. ODH got the decision on the cards, but everybody that watched the fight knows Sturm won. Same with Mayweather v. Castillo 1.

It isn't hard to understand why Mayweather is tentative here. He has trouble with pure speed. Zab Judah gave him fits for the first rounds and even scored a clean knockdown. If Judah wasn't such a crazy nut job, he could have won that fight. Pacquiao is just as fast and hits much harder. Plus, his mental makeup is the exact opposite. This is a truly difficult fight for Mayweather. That being said, it is also a tough fight for Pacquiao. Precision counter-punchers (like JMM) give him fits. That is exactly what Mayweather is.
there were no second negotiation. floyd said FULL OST WITHOUT CUT OFFs or NO FIGHT.

pac wanted 7 days. therefore there is nothing to talk about

you fail...........floyd wanted cotto and marg but Arum refused. Arum himself states this. when Mosley was coming off a win, pac and roach wanted no parts of him. the moment hes losing like the others, then he wants to fight.
