By comparison, the current crop of 126/130ers is HOT GARBAGE.

In the 1990's/2000's, we had Delahoya come through there. Casamayor. Mayweather. Pacquiao. Morales. Barrera. Marquez. Corrales. Etc.

I look at the current batch of guys and I have no idea why people are hyping them up.

I have a mancrush on Gamboa, but after him, the guys are really not that good. Caballero, JuanMa, friggin' Litzau? Are you serious?

Do you know how bad JMM or Corrales would eviscerate Juan Manuel Lopez at 130?

Can you imagine Caballero vs Floyd?

130 is monkey crap. 126 is decent.

People need to show love to Bantamweight. That is a truly exciting division with great talent

Boy are you wrong, old tymers always defeat young prospects in fantasy match-ups, cause your brain is too small enough to make a good asscessment. Juan Manuel lopez is top ten pound for pound at 27 years old, he would beat Corrales, Casamayor and those bums you named. He is just weight drained, even Manny Pacman couldnt beat Morales the first tyme and had trouble with JMM.

How ****** are you? You honestly think that he could beat morales pac marquez barrera corrales even casamayor? He might have a shot againts casamayor just bc his chin isnt great but still they would all murk lopez and gamboa. And calling future hall of famers bums just shows how ****** you are.

Compared to those featherweights, yes, but not many eras were that deep. Before they moved up, Hamed had been toying with a below par division.

The difference was that EM, MAB, JMM, Pacquiao had solid records and were actually fighting against each other (except for JMM against the other 2), if they begin fighting each other we'll see who separates themselves from the pack or makes for legendary fights.

Gamboa, Lopez, Rojas, Hasegawa, Caballero, Rigondeaux, John, Gonzalez, will make for solid fights, but they actually have to fight each other, this fighting lesser fighters **** has to stop. Donaire will eventually join and take it to another level, if he manages to get through 118 and 122 undefeated.
