If Hopkins gets robbed he would have a case to being the best LHW right now. And, thus for have a reason to keep on going. A rematch would probably happen. More than likely he would keep on fighting regardless if he gets the rematch or not. Just because he got robbed.

However, if he gets KO'd or losses legitimately than yes he might be force to retire. Even though I don't think he will.
