are you telling me going 34-2 across Asia fighting bums & nobodies & then coming to the US going 2-0 vs Barrera (the 2nd fight he MAB was washed up), 2-1 vs Morrales (Morrales was washed up in all 3 fights) & getting a SD & Draw vs Marquez makes you a first Ballot Hall of famer?...
Considering that he also beat at the time was considered the 2nd best SBW, having 3 lineal titles, being a 4 divisional champ...

Being the only fighter in history to win the lineal Flyweight championship and the lineal featherweight championship. 2 weight-classes that are from the original 8. Which has over 100 years of history is very impressive...

I would say yes he was a first ballot HOF'er...WTF?

That is a bit generous assessment by J-Ro because up to that point, Pac had only slowly climbed up the p4p rankings.

Even Pac's contemporaries (media) viewed him as "very good". MAYBE "great". But there was no "GOAT" discussion until he had his 147 run.

You can question Floyd's greatness or godliness to a FMJ hardcore, and he will engage you and at least TRY to offer his version of reasonable justification. Same with Cotto-ites or even prime Tito-iacs.

You just can't reason with Pac's lemmings.

          That is the difference.

It is evocative of Bill Maher's criticism of Jon Stewart's rally: in the pursuit of being fair, don't overlook that one side tends to be more evil and duplicitous than the other.
Give me an example of a Pac's lemming who won't try? And, what is your definition of trying? I wouldn't call what MIC, Yesier, and others of their ilk as trying.

Cung Le, Pacdbest, pasawayako, chinoy, pakyo, pinoy zoi, etc....

I believe that I can tell yesir that SRL is better than Floyd, and he wouldn't take a flamethrower to me.

Again being a first ballot HOF'er does not equate to GOAT...

Hell being a first ballot HOF'er doesn't equate to being an ATG...

              There is a difference...

I thought Floyd Mayweather became an ATG after Shane JMO...But, I thought he was a first ballot HOF'er since leaving 135...

Oscar De la Hoya, Joe Calzaghe, Kostya Tszyu are sure fire HOF'ers I wouldn't consider neither an ATG P4P figther...

Calzaghe and Tszyu ATG in their weight-class? Sure...ATG P4P like top 100? No......

              • Me: I think SRL is better than Floyd.
Yesir: Floyd's defense is much better and his ring IQ is higher. i think Floyd would outpoint Ray.

Me: I think SRL is Better than Manny
Pacdbest: What is Ray gonna do when Manny is throwing 100 power punches per round at his face? Ray got KTFO's by featherfist crossdresser camacho lmao omg

Fair enough cuz I have had that debate with Pacdbest, haven't had that debate with yesir so I don't know how he would respond...

But, that is how Pacdbest would respond.

See? And i would ask you (other than Terrible Terry Norris) to name a LESS accomplished fighter than Tszyu who is in Canastota.

I don't dislike what Zoo did.... but just highly overrated based on a highlight reel KO.

Barry McGuigan is in...Did Zoo not accomplish more than he did?

                      What about Ingemar Johanssen?

What about Curtis Cokes? Ken Buchanan? Eusobio Pedroza?

I would say Zoo accomplished just as much as some and more than the others than others that I mentioned...
