I agree with you on all your post, maybe in constant movement is not what I should have said. However, Floyd doesn't fight enough to say if he's becoming more stationary or if he changed his way to fight against Mosley to please the crowd. I think that if he decides to move a lot in the ring, he still can do, but not like when he was a 130lbers, like you said.
Manny will kill Floyd

Your misunderstanding my point.
DLH did land more than 2 punches in some of those combos , but thats not even the point.
The point is Floyd cannot handle 7 , 8 punch combos from manny all fight long.
I am comparing the styles. Not the oputcome.
DLH flurries will not be the same as Manny's flurries.
Manny keeps it up , in and out , way faster , from more angles.
Its not just the amount , but the speed.
Its almost impossible to duck Pacquiao's speed , let alone avoid all those punches.
Manny is a volume puncher. And is by far the fastest puncher in the game.
And if DLH was able to do what he did to Floyd , I see Pac having more success
Contrary to popular belief.... Floyd does hit back.
Often when you don't expect it... often when you are throwing yourself... often right on the mark.
It's more of a question, can Pacquiao sustain his output against Floyds style, and while getting sharply countered from Floyd himself..
We know he can punch all night long, but can he do it while being countered by someone not only as good as Marquez, but twice as good.Comment

While I agree... what most people completely disregard, is Floyds own offensive arsenal.

I see Manny Maybe losing the first 2 rounds , very close rounds. I see him steping up the pace and just going all out.
But IMO , the fight will start slow , both landing sharp pucnhes. Floyd mostly avoiding Mannys small combinations and countering. As the fight goes on I see Pac heating up , throwing way more , landing way more. And Floyd settling on his defensive game more than anything.Comment

Manny has never fought any one like Floyd , and Floyd has never fought anyone like Manny.
Fair enough??
But Floyd doesnt do enought to shut Manny down.
We know Floyd is almost coming to survive. Mannny is coming to finish him up.
Its really not that hard.
Floyd is hittable. And Pacquiao is a beast , a punching machine.
What I don't like is the way you say Floyd is hittable and vulnerable to combos, when almost every fighters can land more than 2 significant punches against him in a fight.
Also you have to consider that if they fight Floyd will probably be extremely defensive minded, I don't think he'll fight the way he did against Shane. I think he'll move a lot, and it wont be easy at all for Pac. Honestly, it wont be easy at all for both fighters.
I've always think that the key to beat Pac is good footwork, use a lot of movement and lateral movement and do all you can to make sure Pacquiao can't plant his feet and put all his power in his punches/combos. Thats also the reason why I hate his last opponents, they were all fighters with really, really poor footwork.
But like I said I agree with you on a certain level, but don't act like if landing a combo on Floyd will be easy ****Comment

Your right Floyd is not only a defesnive beast , But he is a great offensive fighter. He doesnt waste punches. He is sharp , accurate , and his speed/accuracy and effectiveness dictate the pace almost everytime. But I dont see Pac being frustrated to the point where he fights Floyds fight.

It's a very compelling fight where you can make a case for either fighter winning..
And, the more Floyd stays inactive, while age 34 is right around the corner, it will only hurt him.
There's a good possibility that by the time they actually fight (if) Floyd will be 35.Comment

I agree with you on certain point. Its true that if the fight happens Floyd will probably get hit more than he has ever been in a ring. Also I can see Pac's weird angles give more difficulty for Floyd to adapt himself during the fight.

If you re watch the DLH fight. You will notice that DLH threw a lot. And for the most part , they did not land. But Floyd didnt just duck all the punches in style.
At times he did. but also at times , he avoided some punches , and put his hands up just using the shell and only the shell.
Thats what I dont think will work against Manny.
FLoyd will be able to avoid punches with great defense , yes. But Pacquiao doesnt throw 2, 3 punch combinations , regroups , and starts boxing.
Pacquiao , jumps in , throws 7 or 8 , jumps back out , back in and throws another 5 , 6 , 7 , 8 combo.
After 2 or 3 punches he stops bobbing and weaving and just uses the shell. And thats where he will start losing.Comment

I actually see Manny winning the first two rounds... Because as good as Floyd is, he will still need a bit to adjust to Mannys speed and what exactly he is doing... I see manny coming out ready to fire, and Floyd coming out to see exactly what manny will do, and then adjust from there on out...

Thats why this fight needs to happen, some people believes in Pac, some others believe in Mayweather, however nobody can predict exactly what will happen, thats a really intriguing fight, one of the more hard to predict fight I've ever seen, and I watch boxing since a long time.
But like I said there are Pac believers, which I totally respect, and people, like me, who believes in Floyd.Comment
