Though I am black I think if a group was created it should be for the appreciation of black fighters instead of a blacks only deal. Since being black in a racial thing and not a nationality you can have people from different countries all starting threads about black fighters from where they are from. I have never been for excluding anyone. Non blacks can have a voice in something like this that could be appreciated. When I was in the African American club in high school we didn't exclude non African Americans and what ended up happening is we got great contributions from people who were non black. I don't view fighters by race or nationality but since there are already social groups based on ethnic backgrounds I guess it could work. It should be open to everyone though and could serve as a good learning experience.

To the O.P you do realise that Black isn't a country right?...all those other groups you talk about are nationality groups...so Mexican, Puerto Rico etc...those kind of groups make sense just like a British, Russian or Ghanaian thread would make sense...

Your racial thread is along the lines of a White persons only thread which would get a lot of stick much like your thread has...

Start an American boxer thread and no-one would cuss you...your comparing a racial thread to a national thread which isnt the same thing...

Also on the concept of race there is a fine line between racial pride and being a bigot...you come across as being somewhat bigoted...
