yeah it's not su****ious at all when 2 friends fight over 100 million dollars especially when one of the guys refused to fight 3 months ago but then all of a sudden a deal for berto to step aside is made. what made floyd suddenly change his mind? a behind the scenes assurance of victory perhaps?Last edited by daggum; 12-06-2010, 12:18 AM.Comment

Voted yes
floyd wouldnt lose for money
but to allow a fight to be competative enough for a rematch
no way i'd put that past him
i've gotten some slack for saying it before
but i've gotten a whole bunch more "ohhh.... that makes a bit of sense...)Comment

marquez has never been stopped and wasn't gonna let floyd ko him.....not getting a ko doesn't = fail.
mayweather fought his a** off in that marquez fight.
i think he would fight pac much like he did marquez but just to greater level....Comment

I wouldn't have felt comfortable if I was in Floyd's shoes either. Walking away with a SD after winning 8 or 9 rounds isn't cool. Oscar also had a history of getting gift decisions.Comment

I like Shane man but what you're saying was what i was wondering about too. Seems too unusual for ssm to suddenly hold his punches after that near KD and that excuse of a stiff neck is so darn hard to believe, i mean...damn...smh...baldomir is a complete tomato can so no need to fix that but he's friends with mosley and judah so possibly. they both were winning and had him hurt then decided not to fight anymore. judah always does that so its doubtful that was fixed but mosley always tries no matter what. even against winky and mora he kept throwing even if he wasn't landing but against floyd he just stood there after nearly knocking him out looking ashamed for what he'd almost done.Comment
