While I certainly wouldn't deny Cortez is a spotlight hog and he certainly has no problem getting involved.

Oh dear god. Joe is in the Dave Paris league of completely terrible refs. I swear he's on someone's payroll when you compare him with say, Kenny Bayless.

This fight has the potential to be awesome, I really hope Cortez doesn't **** all over it with his antics.

Without going into specifics, Cortez certainly plays favourites.

I think Smoger is the best referee. Bayless is good too, Lane was good (especially for HW fights). Richard Steele ain't too bad.

Khan cant fight on the inside, cortez wont let this fight be fought on inside, as soon as they clinch he will split them

Remember guys I'm fair but I'm firm. I really don't think Cortez is a very good ref nowdays to be honest.
