What he's doing, to go from the lower weight divisions up to many divisions higher and maintain his speed and power- is that su****ious? Yes it is. But are there people throughout Olympic or professional sports history that are just genetic freaks and have a mindset that's powerful, and I guess the question is, 'Could you do what Manny Pacquiao does?' or 'Could other fighters do what Manny Pacquiao does and be clean?', I believe with hard-tech nutrition and training and these other available methods like this intermittent hypoxic training which has some of the benefits, the same benefits you would receive from using EPO, I believe it can be done.".........DOES THIS QUOTE FROM CONTE ENDED YOUR SPECULATION????
Uh, no. It's not humanly possible to go from 113 pounds 3 months shy of your 21st birthday and getting ko'd to gaining 30+ pounds of solid muscle, maintaining your speed and destroying a big welter 8 divisions up with a great chin. Either you're being duped or you condone what he's doing.

Pac got ko'd by John Doe when he was 3 months shy of his 21st birthday at 113 lbs. he's now actually 30+ lbs of solid muscle heavier while maintaining his speed and KOing big welters that are 8 divisions bigger. you either condone what he's doing or you're being duped.

The thing with Mosley concerning illegal subtances is that there was an actual link to him using that.

With Pacquiao, the PED thing came from Floyd Sr. Floyd Sr. said Pac is using A side meth that the Filipino insurgents from 100 years ago were using. He even mentioned that the 45 can't stop the Filipino insurgents. But he got it all wrong, the US soldiers were using 38 caliber, have less stopping power. The reason 45 caliber is invented for the US soldiers. Do you really think Floyd sr. is a reliable source about Pac's illegal substance use.

Boxing Record has him at 113 when he got KO'd by John Doe-- but that's 2 lbs heavier than he was in his previous fight.

You know that's weigh in and not fight night don't you. His fight night weigh in for Marg was 148, I'm guessing that since he was cutting a lot of weight his fight night was around 122-125. So let's see that's 23-26 pounds of muscle from the age 20 to 31. Wow I must be on steroids since I've gained 40 lbs of muscle in that time. How about Chris Byrd, he gained 50 lbs in that time.
