Pac has consistently beaten opponent after opponent and looked impressive in every outing, you don’t think he should at least catch a mini break rather than catching heat for fighting (or not fighting) certain opponents?

    Let’s break this down:

JMM- As much as I like to see Manny silence this fool indefinitely the fight isn’t happening at 140 or below so let’s rule this out.

Martinez- Granted Pac won a 154 pound title and though I know he would be more than willing to fight Sergio Arum wants no part of it so now that rules Sergio out.

Berto- He’s yet to be in any “big” fights and judging by his post fight interview with Larry in his last fight he hinted of being to green for Manny.

Mosley- Most fight fans (including myself) are not fond of this fight for the obvious reasons of age/his poor performance against Mora and his near shut out loss to Floyd.

I think Manny should just take a mini break and see how litigation goes for Floyd before making any brash decisions in fighting any of these aforementioned fighters. After all, he’s going to catch heat either way so why not give himself break…

Yeah the key thing is that Pac will fight Margarito and Mosley in 2010/2011 lol and Clottey was never a TOP ww.. name me his impressive wins. So that leaves Cotto and even he was battered by margarito 2 fights before pac got to him.

Pac/Mosley is a tuneup because Mosley has looked awful his last 2 fights

Mosley vs Floyd.. Mosley was coming of a huge win vs the top ww = why it's a super fight.

If pac faught him at 140 id have no problem...

The fact is it will be at 147, and pacquiao is going to destroy him....and i wouldnt like to see a good fighter like JMM fighting just for money, because when he challanged mayweather, i couldnt imagine him truely believing he was going to win or even had a chance....The same will happen against pac

And even at 140, pac still destroys him....There is no difference between the pac at 140 and the one at 147....he will be the same weight

This isnt even a tuneup. grandpa is done. mosley was coming off of a long layoff/ brutal ko of resto when he fought mayweather. If and when he fights pac, he will be going in with a one sided loss in which he huffing and puffing after only a couple of rounds, and a draw in which he looked horrible in. He was rated as the top welterweight in the world as well as top 5 p4p going into the mayweather fight. He is now the #5 ranked welterweight if you want to count that toward this fight.

For the record, i dont give a **** about pac or mayweather fighting each other. My post is meant to show how/ why the mayweather was sold as a legit fight. There is nothing legit about this fight, considering mosley's done/ record, and the other available opponents ARUM has to choose from.

Marquez is small and would be blown away, Mosley would stop Marquez
                Mosley is the same size
Bradley/Alexander tied up in a fight, too young and green.

                That's basically it.
I just don't think I can stand the 2 months of build up for a bull**** fight where the outcome is 99% another Pac blowout.

I'd rather he go on a ***** vacation with Floyd if he's not gonna fight Marquez, Berto, Alexander, Bradley, etc.

I think it might have something to do with the fact Shane is coming off two very poor performances..

Marquez gave Manny hell at 125-130, at 140 or worse yet, at 147 (144-145 really) he gets brutally murked. Do you honestly believe Juan Manuel can hang with today's Manny at 140-147?
