The Kobe Bryant sexual assault case began in the summer of 2003 when the news media reported that the sheriff's office in Eagle, Colorado had arrested NBA superstar Kobe Bryant in connection with an investigation of a sexual assault complaint filed by 19-year-old hotel employee Katelyn Faber. Bryant had checked into The Lodge and Spa at Cordillera hotel in Cordillera, Colorado on June 30 in advance of having surgery near there on July 2 under Dr. Richard Steadman. Faber accused Bryant of raping her in his hotel room on July 1, the night before the surgery. Bryant admitted to an adulterous sexual encounter with his accuser, but denied the assault allegation. The case was dropped after Faber refused to testify in the case. A separate civil suit was later filed against Bryant by Faber. This was settled out of court, and included Bryant publicly apologizing to Faber, though admitting no guilt on his part.

According to several reports in early May of 2009, Kelis made a sex tape with a rapper named Infrared prior to her marriage to Nas in 2005. It is rumored that news of the sex tape led to the couple's divorce.(May 7, 2009)

You are right. From that perspective , you are right.

But for me, i would never date/marry an out-of-shape guy (or girl). And the best way to get me headed to the door is to let yourself start slipping.


So, in my mind, if my "partner" is looking like the woman in the first pics, she is basically inviting me to leave.

Now, I realize that is a draconian viewpoint, but it is what it is.

I agree that the moral/ethical and legal positions are different.

Someone posted that pic of O.J. Simpson trying on the glove in court. It reminded me of a Chris Rock bit where he said of Simpson murdering Nicole and Ron Goldman, "I don't agree...but I understand." On our particular topic I'll say this last thing, "I understand...but it's just wrong."

Apparently, there's still money to be made in boxing -- because Sugar Shane Mosley pulled $650,000 per MONTH in 2010 ... this according to legal docs filed in his divorce case.


Mosely was just ordered to pay his soon-to-be ex-wife Jin Mosley a whopping $20,000 per month in support starting this month ... plus he's got to shell out an extra $60,000 for the past three months.

According to the docs, filed in L.A. County Superior Court, Jin claims she needs the cash to pay for several monthly expenses like:
