That's DIRTY... just dropped the old wife and traded her in for a new model as soon as his bank roll went up.

But I'm sure the new chick is in it for love

And those 'needs' are ****ing ridiculous. Who needs over $5,000 per month on CLOTHES? That's a few times more than a person's mortgage and this do-nothing gold digger needs that much for clothes?

Cali needs to reform their divorce laws and make them a little more sensible.
The problem is that it is VERY hard to make a law that is non-discriminatory. You have to write the code with enough leeway for reasonable judges to apply common sense, but also be rigid enough that shyster attorneys don't wriggle out from under their clients' responsibilities.

The Average guy makes $48K* and the average woman makes $36K*. So when the guy bounces, you want to be able to have a law that makes her 'whole'. So that he isn't living comfortably in a condo as a single man, and she is struggling to make house payments for some kids.

But how do you write the law that covers BOTH the $48K/$36K situation AND the $10 Million /$0 situation?

      nahmean?

      * for example purposes.

      Prince, I agree with you
that Shane is making a VERY short-term decision by leaving GBP. His ownership stake is his retirement security, and he is pissing that away.

He couldn't even get his arms around the old, fat wife.

Mosely was just ordered to pay his soon-to-be ex-wife Jin Mosley a whopping $20,000 per month in support starting this month ... plus he's got to shell out an extra $60,000 for the past three months.

According to the docs, filed in L.A. County Superior Court, Jin claims she needs the cash to pay for several monthly expenses like:

          -- Clothes .................................................. ..............$5,073
          -- ***elry .................................................. .............. $1,666
          -- Cosmetics, beauty ........................................... $2,000
          -- Massage therapist ........................................... $360
          -- Personal trainer ................................................ $720

The couple was also ordered to sell their Southern California mansion ASAP so they can divvy up the cash from that deal.

Mosley did get one minor victory -- the judge ruled he's allowed to keep his 2006 H3.

The man appreciates a good Hummer.:facesmash:

Either Jin has a good lawyer or Shane has a really dumb one. That shit is so dumb. ***erly? Serious?? 5k on clothes too. The rest of the shit is even just as bad or worse. All that shit isn't needed at all.

This isn't court and we're not lawyers. This is just some friendly scuttlebutt on an Internet forum. (Although some of this logic would undoubtedly be recognized in divorce court.) Nonetheless, I'm speaking from a purely moral and ethical standpoint.

I think it's reasonable to assume that wife #1 was wasn't with this guy for the money. She stood with him for eighteen years while he eeked out a humble living. It's also reasonable to assume that he benefited from whatever she brought to the table, whatever that might have been. They were partners. She knew what she was getting and presumably held up her end of the bargain. So did he...until he dumped her from some hot chick he would never have been able to even glance at if he hadn't had overnight success. He broke the partnership (and in a very slimy, albeit common, way). Divorce over irreconcilable differences is one thing. Blowing the coop when things get convenient is another. If the roles had been reversed, I'd say the same thing in his favor.

You are right. From that perspective , you are right.

But for me, i would never date/marry an out-of-shape guy (or girl). And the best way to get me headed to the door is to let yourself start slipping.

So, in my mind, if my "partner" is looking like the woman in the first pics, she is basically inviting me to leave.

Now, I realize that is a draconian viewpoint, but it is what it is.

I agree that the moral/ethical and legal positions are different.

I'd hate for that to happen to me but to be honest, Jin is smart for doing all of this. She's milking Shane for half of everything he's got which she's legally entitled to doing. Remember they had a bitter break-up so she probably has no sympathy for him.

                  * Kelis and Nas married in 2005

                  * Kelis filed for a divorce in April of 2009

                  * She cited irreconcilable differences as the reason for the divorce

                  * Kelis gave birth to son Knight Jones on July 22, 2009

                  * A judge awarded Kelis $55,000 a month for spousal and child support

                  * Nas was also ordered to pay $35,000 in lawyer fees

                  * Nas was also ordered to pay the mortgage on the couple's Los Angeles home

According to several reports in early May of 2009, Kelis made a sex tape with a rapper named Infrared prior to her marriage to Nas in 2005. It is rumored that news of the sex tape led to the couple's divorce.(May 7, 2009)

Then you wonder why rich married athletes doing everything they can to be forgiven by their wives after they do them wrong. Didn't Kobe bought a ridiculously expensive ring, like multi-million dollar ring for his wife to forgive him after he supposedly ****d a maid or something like that?
