Gerald McClellan would have knocked Roy Jones Jr into a coma within one round. McClellan beat him easy as an amateure. I think McClellan probably had a brain problem from taking so many punches before he even fought Benn. I still cannot believe Benn beat him. McClellan did not seem right after the 1st round of that fight.

He only said he was better then Jones. He never said he's better the Robinson. Jones is not Robinson. He's the damn best boxer I've ever seen & I've seen many. You can't find a more complete package then PBF.

The question is if he would've connected & It's a big if. I know if McClellan would've connected, it would've been goodnight for Jones.

McClellan was f***ing relentless. There is no way Roy Jones bicycle tactics would work against McClellan. No Way would Jones survive the first round. And McClellan beat Jones as an amateure on points easily. Jones' power would do nothing to stave off McClellan, not if Julian Jackson's couldn't. That guy is the one truly dererving of the name "iron."

Yea but Benn beat him, I don't think Benn would've ever beat Jones.

I have a theory that McClellan was already braindamaged in some way before he fought Benn. After the first round of that bout. McClellan hardly did anything. Hardly threw any punches. He took so many bombs from one of the hardest punchers in middleweight history in Julian Jackson and in other fights before fighting Benn. Just he could take so much punishment. He had to go into a coma state before going down.

I'm not gonna argue with you. I know if McClellan would've connected on Jones, Jones would've been knocked out silly. Also Benn got away with alot of dirty **** with McClellan. I feel bad for McClellan & I think each boxer should donate some money to this guy. But people are scums.

I almost certain there was something wrong with G's brain before he fought Benn. If that guy never had the brain injury he would have ruled the middleweight 168 175 division for over a decade. And truly ruled it, taking on all challenges.
