Mayweather sucks as a person and is bad for the sport of boxing, the guy's a joke, he's like some sort of immature kid.
And Roy Jones wasn't much better, but atleast Jones was actually quite respectable as a person in his first 10 years as a pro (he did turn into a ****ing ******* these last five years though). -
PBF is way better then Jones ever was. It's the fact jack. PBF is probably the greatest fighter I've seen in the 27 years of boxing I've watched & I'm 34. He may not be my favorite, but I've never seen a more complete package then PBF.Comment

I agree that nobody has ever been on the level of Mayweatherhis quality of oppostion is second to none
He fought Hamed remember, and Tszyu, and Barrera, and he has every intention to fight Hatton I'm sure

PBF needs a nemesis. Ali had Frazier, Holmes had Norton, Batman had JokerSo far, no one has risen to PBF's level of competition and without it, people will wonder if he has the heart of a lion. RJJ seemed to have it in the first Tarver fight. He was down on points and came back to win. But that was all erased in their second fight.

The thing I know for a fact Jones had on him was the counterpunching...particularly on the outside. Jones was also one of the best body head ****ers I ever seen. He knew when to go to the body and then go back to the head while avoiding the fighter's return fire.Comment

RJJ could also hit while the other was punching. PBF will slip punches and then counter (RJJ did this too). Both slick, but they do have their differences.
And RJJ is bigger and to be so elusive takes more strength. He kept that quality in light heavy until age caught up to him. We'll see how slick PBF is when he moves up to 154, if he moves up.Comment
