Anyway....Good stamina can be attained by any race anywhere by simply staying in good shape as long as they stay active. Culture has very little influence on a person's phenotype. That is all determined by their parents.
Now, if you want to look at the whole picture, here is a very GENERAL view of different people influenced by their climate and environment :
Plains Indians in North America are taller than the South American Indians because of the protien available to them. In the jungle, you'll find very fe big game to hunt. This is true in Africa and Asia. Natives living in rain forests are typically smaller in stature to the those who live in areas where there are big game.
Areas of arid regions, the people have narrower noses compared to those who live in humid or tropical areas. If you noticed, many Southeast Asians typically have broader noses than those Asians who live in the North. Same can be seen in South American Indians as opposed to the North American Indians.
But good stamina can be achieved by any race. Genetics can play a role (Lance Armstrong has large lungs and a large heart).
