Pacquiao doesn't get hit as much as the haters say, if he did he'd been KO'd by Cotto or Margarito. I don't care what compbox says, that thing is entirely inaccurate. I use my eyes and he isn't getting hit as often as people make it out to be, his face is barely bruised after fights and he is the naturally smaller guy. Doesn't change the fact this fight is a farce.

Cotto was KO'd but he was able to bounce back even after the Pac fight.. As evidence that he is now a contender to Martinez and has beaten Foreman. And also as evidence in the Clottey fight.

Hatton had an impressive win after the May fight at 140.. That was a 50/50 going in
We can discuss this until we are blue in the face.

Let me ask you this: When was the last time Pac faced someone whose career trajectory was still climbing and not in the process of being rebuilt?

Pac hasn't fought a 'boxer' since Juan Manual Marquez. You see all of the trouble he had with him. You like fighters and brawlers and there is nothing wrong with that. Floyd is a pure boxer.
First of all, I don't like the UFC... watching two guys rolling around hugging each other is not entertaining to me. And I am not discounting Mayweather's ability. When he came out of retirement he said he wanted to fight the best, beat the best and become the best. Fighting a 135 lber at a catchweight that he didn't even make and then fighting Mosley then going on vacation doesn't jive with that statement. Mosley was a good win, Marquez was just too damn small. He nailed Mayweather once and it didn't even move him.

Cotto hit him with a vicious body shot.. Marg did the same thing and almost knocked him down in the 6th.. He lets you hit him so he can initiate his own attack..

Wasn't vs Mosley, Mayweather's signature win??

A year later now Mosley is a complete bum?

Not the ideal fight, but not the end of the world either. I do think that for the first 4-6 rounds that this will be a very exciting fight, but after that it's going to be real sad to see Shane take an ungodly beating.

Btw, Mosley knocks out Marquez and the Berto fight is 50-50.

You are right, especially when he just lays on the ropes on purpose and dares his opponent to come to him like Margarito. Plus, Pacquiao always takes a couple of rounds to figure his opponent out and that's when he gets hit. After that, Manny adjusts to do what he needs to and then it's the beginning of the end for the opponent...

He is fighting established fighters which is what a man in his position should be doing..

Even if I say JMM its still not true because when Pac fought he was still rebuilding his career from a lose he suffered in Indonesia..

In fact, May fight over Mosley does not even fall in that category because prior to Marg, he was coming off a bad win against Mayorga and a lose against Cotto..
