"Bums" are fighters like Harold Sconiers, who JC Gomez beat on the undercard.

Dimitrenko and Sosnowski are a few rungs above that level.

Right! All it takes is a momentary lack of oxygen. Anyone could faint.
Once I simply asked a girlfriend about a dude she used to **** and she fainted, for real, on the spot. Stress can do that.

I could see that happening to fighters in the lower weight classes since they drain themselves but not HW's

        Hope he is OK
Some fighters hyperventilate prior to a contest but manage to rgain a steady footing.
Russian fighters are well prepared for combat, therefore I hope it was only nerves that derailed this match.
        Get well soon.

Weird **** can happen in any division: Kermit "exit, stage left" Cintron ain't a heavyweight.

I know man, I am tried of tools calling top-level fighters in the world "bums", Dimitrenko is ranked at least in the top 20 by most sanctioning organizations and was going to fight for a major regional title, he only has one loss and was an Olympic gold medalist in 2008. Only an idiot would call someone like that a "bum". I think the defnition of "bum" is someone like 3-9 with no amateur career to speak, someone in Dimitrenko's or Sosnowski are on fighting on the "elite" level, you were right about that.

You are a bum, and Dimitrenko was an Olympic gold medalist and only has one loss. Sosnowski is also up there, certainly no bum. If Dimitrenko is a borderline bum - what does that make guys like Cliff Carouser?

I think Chambers ruined Dimitrenko, no bull ****, it's only natural, after a bad loss or beating some guys (professional boxer or just your average joe) become gun shy or have PST. I think Dimitrenko took that loss to Chambers hard, especially since he was undefeated and kind of groomed to be the next big thing after Wlad (same size as him, Olympic gold medalist just like him, Ukrainian, etc.). This has all the signs of a panic attack, which can lead to fainting.

Hope Sasha recovers and gets his career back on track.

This is all the more testament how mentally strong Wlad is; to take three serious losses, all of them potentially career-ending (especially the Sanders loss), and come back stronger than ever and more dominant than ever. To all the mofos who claim Wlad is mentally weak - go f* yourself, he is one of the toughest boxers ever (certainly way tougher than Tyson).
