    At the Sport and Congress Center in Schwerin, Mecklenburg-Vorpommern, Germany, Klaus-Peter Kohl, the president and the leader of Universum Box-Promotion, climbed to the ring and announced that the scheduled European championship between reigning titleholder Alexander Dimitrenko and Albert Sosnowski of Poland is off.

    That is just some weird *****

    I could see that happening to fighters in the lower weight classes since they drain themselves but not HW's

              Not a nice thing to see. It seems to have been food poisoning, heard it's not too serious though.

                Sosnowski said on German TV that he was told Dimitrenko got "nervous" and passed out. He wasn't too happy, of course, but he did wish Dimitrenko a speedy recovery.

                They had a camera in the dressing room and Dimitrenko was flaked out on the floor.
