What the fuck are you talking about? Floyd in the early part of his career called all the top guys out and no one gave him a chance. No one wanted to fight him. Pacquiao has NEVER called anyone out and he never responded to a challenge. He fights the guys his promoter and his trainer wants him to fight. Stop trying to discredit Floyd.



There's proof for ya. Now that Floyd is the top draw these same guys would love to fight Floyd, yet back then when the rules were reserved, they never gave him a chance.

Obviously, haters are gonna say "well calling some one out and actually fighting them is two different things". But they leave out how Mayweather was genuinely looking for a Mosley fight since Mosley was a LW, and Mosley called him a non-draw and that he brought nothing to the table both times. Then Mosley finally in 2009 wanted Floyd.

DLH was also always in Floyd's list but because of Bob Arum's bitter break-up with DLH, Arum refused to work with DLH and basically was keeping Floyd hostage not giving him the fights he wanted[Cotto at 140, Hatton-Tszyu winner, DLH].

I would love it so much. But unfortunately, with Pacquiao's skills, it doesn't need to take Mayweather to beat him. Any other A class fighter with good youth, handspeed, and an ounce of defense beats Pacquiao. Floyd is an A+++ fighter, Pacquiao is a B+ fighter beating on B and C class fighters.

No, that isn't the bottom line. If only it were that simple, I'd be the biggest Pac supporter of all. Barry Bonds has the most homeruns of all-time, and is also a multiple time MVP, but he's also a cheater. Is Pacman exempt? Is that what the world has come to? Hear me out here.

I've been wrestling with who'd I'd like to see win this fight for months. I don't really like watching Floyd fight, so my instincts say I should be rooting for Pacquiao, whom I enjoy watching. But another part of me wants Mayweather to win, just to spite all the haters in the media and fly-by-night boxing fans that arrived once Manny beat DLH.

Seriously, wouldn't it just be so sweet? Boxingscene's member count would probably decrease by 25-50% overnight. And I'm not saying Floyd doesnt have a lot of ****** fans too, but the way Pacman has blown up in the American media... Appearing on Jimmy Kimmel, Nike commercials, ect ect while still being a lesser draw than Floyd is amazing.

I was looking at Floyd's facebook last night, and every photo has comments to the effect of:
