Anyone who expects and demands that either guy who both started below lightweight to go take on the middleweight champ, go check history and see how many times a former lightweight has beat the middleweight champ, and don't make ****** requests.

That is my whole problem with people in relation to both guys, is a matter of expectations. I think Floyd and to a lesser extent Manny are both capable of a great deal but I know there are limits (including time which is rapidly creeping up on both men) most people place expectations on these guys that are so high and unreasonable that it is laughable. SO instead of enjoying what goes on, people are greedy and always want more incapable of accepting that there is a limit to even greatness.

I am still not going to listen to bullshit that isn't true or factual about Floyd and will be happy when I get to see him in the ring again.
Floyd could beat any current Middleweight but he does not care about legacy or anything but being rich, the boy has daddy issues.

With his spending habits I'm sure he'll box again...I just hope its against who WE want it to be...

He hasn't said he's retired and boxing is his life so I can't see him walking away in this current state...

We don't like people who barely take risks in opponents or in the ring. We don't like guys who are all talk and never get in the ring with the people that boxing people know would be their toughest comp. We don't like boxers who have the potential to be great, but don't challenge themselves to be great- yet call themselves great.

In my real life I hate excuses, I hate people who talk the talk but don't walk the walk. I hate people that talk a big game but don't prove it. If you back up your talk, I'm all for it. Talk all day.

The majority of floyds fans are the same way, talking about money and how he called out this person or what the purse split should be. They hear talk and think it's real. They post ellerbe quotes like they're facts. They make excuse after excuse and claim Floyd could beat all these people that he will never ever fight.

What happened to floyd's 5 fight plan on his comeback. Floyd faygs were saying he was coming back for 5 fights to fight the best, that was the rationale for the jmm fight (tune up, but they still brag that he beat a pfp fighter). Then he makes demands that have never been made in boxing before to get out of a fight. So much for a 5 fight plan against the best. But you idiots keep sucking his balls even though he treats you like a booty call.
So I don't hear any Floyd fans trying to hold Floyd to the 5 fight plan????? Hmmm

pac's starting to get there too if he goes through with a Shane fight
Fantastic post i feel the same way,and the damn shame is outside of Ray Leonard,is the most talented fighter i have seen in my life time, his defense is a work of art its just beautiful, but as a man he is scum of the earth,he does not care what we think,he is a low person with no morals whatsoever,i am not a fan of pacman but that dude loves his fan more then i can say for Floyd.

Grow up, Floyd is scum because he does not care what you think. Are you 10 years old? Why should he give a damn what you think? FMJ has built his career where he is in a position to fight when he wants to fight. He does not owe you or me ****. In my opinion, he has given plenty to Boxing and will continue if he chooses. That goes for Manny also. If he retires or fights next year, that is his choice. Come back in 7 days after your period is over. Too much PMS around here.
