Its easily Manny Pacquiao. He is a congressman of a country. He speaks Tagalog, English and Spanish. He runs alot of businesses. He literally did this all by himself. He didn't have rich parents who put him in private school and paid for everything.

Pacquiao was a candidate for Time Magazine person of the year also and will someday become President of a Country. No one else even comes close IMO.

Klitchko bros of course, Kostya Tzyui intelligent and charismatic guy, Carl Froch knows his boxing he could do much better job as a commentator than ******* Tarver, Sergio Martinez, Mikkel Kessler, Joe Calzaghe, Juan Manuel Marquez, Nate Campbell, B Hop even though he is little bit in love with his own voice.

How many fighters in the history of the sport were High School graduates?

The congressman of a third world country?

Compare his IQ to a congressman in the US. You cant tell me a guy who didnt even go to HS is the smartest fighter in boxing.

One of the most underrated promo's leading up to a fight were Tarver Vs Hopkins. A true exchange of wits. The complete opposite of what you would see in a Toney vs Mayorga Press-conference encounter.

And yes Diaz is overrated. His parents took advantage of the American dream and sent their son to college. They've disciplined him good, and he is still living with them. Doesn't mean he is really a independently intelligent guy, he stutters and doesn't seem that smart to me.

Graduating from college is mainly just showing up. Your taught to memorize a bunch of stuff other people deem important. Stuff that 99% you'll never need to know or use for the rest of your life. I'm talking about true knowledge not a peice of paper that you hang on the wall.

After Pacquiao I would say Mike Tyson. Tyson has life experience and has always been extremely articulate with words.

sadly, that says more about the country than about anything else.
