There should be no such thing as a catch-weight fight.
They should be completely abolished. Any type of event/bout that takes place at catch-weight, should be officially classified as an exhibition match, and should not be sanctioned by the ABC bodies. 140 or 147 is fine for Pacquiao, because he can easily make both.
