    Clottey didnt win that ****.

Cotto had a 2 point lead after the first.

Won the last 3 due to Clottey slacking off. And thats not counting any close round in between.

Like I like to say , The judges didnt rob Clottey , Cotto robbed Clottey , it was his fight to take. He couldnt capitalize. And Cottos determination had a lot to do with it. In what round again did that big gash open up. 3???

Goddamn Cotto is a fkn warrior.

Shame that Mexican hero, Margarito, couldn't outclass Mosley without his plaster wraps.

Cotto is a great fighter, and all heart. He has solid boxing skills and fights all comers. The problem is he lacks a good defense, he takes a solid punch but too many of them breaks him down. At 140 he could withstand, but at 147 it started getting to him, and IMHO once he fights a real jmw he's gonna be in a lot of trouble.

I just hope that Steward can correct his D.

Every fighter is overrated and underrated. It all depends on who is doing the rating.

The only recent cotto fight I wasn't more than pumped to see was with boreman. I am also completely down on PAC-Shane which I will boycott just like I did Floyd-jmm.

I'm worried for cotto at 154 though. I don't like him at all vs Sergio, pwilly, dzindurek, angulo, froggy, and Kirkland.

I agree but I would like to see him fight again @ 154

I think he's good against margs at 154, and brundage. The smaller 154's. I could be wrong but I think cotto's best days are behind him.

Love him or hate him, the dude fights any and everyone. Cotto's resume at WW is 2nd to none for current fighters as it stands, and if he goes on to fight Martinez?? Dude is a bad ass.

Nobody is calling him the best boxer alive nor is he recognized as THE #1 guy out there. He gets mostly praised from his style of fighting and that he'll get in the ring with anyone along with his impressive resume. I'd pause as calling him "overrated".
