  • Nice post glad to read a long post when it makes since but do me a favor and google what Floyd did to get out of his fight with Margarito, let me not waste your time he paid him $750,000 that's a fact that made him King Ducker also all these Floyd fans naturally assume when guys lose that would Floyd would have beat them, why because he never loss c'mon son! I have tons more respect for fighters like Cotto, Williams, Pac, and Mosley and Margs would count but he cheated so **** him, but Floyd ran from all the fights that could have made him great!

You need to get your facts straight, Larry not Floyd asked Mosley and Mosley said he planned to take a vacation BUT if the money was right, it can happen. Do you remember that?

This was AFTER a fight with Vargas. Mosley did have a lose tooth and brought it up. SO WHAT? Mosley didn't expect any proposal to fight Floyd so early in November because the plan was Margarito vs Floyd. Mosley had planned a vacation. ALL FACTS

Either way, Floyd could have waited just a few months and fought Mosley instead of no-name Baldomir. WHY DIDN"T FLOYD WAIT? ....

    As for those other guys:
Cotto was undefeated at the time. Williams couldn't get a fight at 147 because people avoided him. Margarito waited but Floyd didn't want.

You need to remember that a fight is fought in the ring not on websites. These other guys went thru wars and each war takes something out of you.

Floyd skipped those wars and you just concluded he would beat them all. That is not the way it works. Plus Floyd didn't take the chance with those guys. Was it too much risk? Therefore the retirement?

Floyd is chillin'. He don't care what you monkeys think. He ain't saying a dam word and you clueless dumbasses keep talking about him. That goes to show you who the real man is.

If Pac REALLY wants to fight Floyd just come out pubicly and say he'll take the full OST. Even if he doesn't really mean it, it would warrant some type of response from the Floyd camp.

But Pac will NEVER take full OST. It don't matter if the whole planet wanted to see the fight. You dumbasses keep defending Pac saying that Pac shouldn't do the OST but here you are every freakin' day talking about where's Floyd, where's Floyd, where's Floyd.

Please Pac, just test Floyd by agreeing to full OST just to see if that is what's really holding up the fight. It ain't happening you tards!!!!
      agree....pac should do osdt.
if blood-letting on the eve of the fyt makes him 'weak', last test can be done on the penultimate day of the fyt....2 days before.
surely, nothing can be seen on the last day that cannot be seen 2 days prior!!!
and see if floyd will man up....

The distinction between civil and criminal is obvious. But overcoming adversity (civil or criminal situations) still applies. In fact back in 2004, Mayweather was convicted on two counts of battery for punching two women at a night club. And in 2005, Mayweather was acquitted for a third domestic violence charge by the same woman who he allegedly attacked this year. Yet all these "legal issues" as the media likes to call them NEVER STOPPED FLOYD FROM FIGHTING. In 2004, he fought Corley and he fought THREE times in 2005 (first fight in January of '05). So criminal "issues" shouldn't stop him from fighting in 2011. Even if he's a repeat offender and thinks prison is imminent, the court still won't stop him from fighting. And if he is going to the slammer, it might be wise to accept the richest fight in the history of boxing before going inside.

but with all that said. let me put this in perspective for you, would you sleep with a super hottie, if she could have AIDS? perhaps a blood test?

It's the same thing 8 weight classes (though catch weights) 8 Championships and no one is saying ****. Do you know how many blood tests Michal Phelps takes? Or hows about Usain Bolt breaking the 1oo meter record? Boxing is a combative sport precautions must be taken.

Also i found it funny that as soon as Floyd was in legal trouble Manny says I'll take the blood test. after the fact.

That's like asking a girl out after she leaves...ftw???

lol I know, swear wasn't there before, thought I was going mad

                    It's now:

Schaefer: Floyd Mayweather is Not on a Pacquiao Cock!

Pretty ironic/hypocritical for a site that moderates peoples swearing.

First off there are plenty of links that show Floyd going into retirement when Cotto WAS READY to fight him. There were also a lot of other players ready to fight him such as Mosley, Margarito, Williams ....

What did Floyd do? Again plenty of links that state that he went into retirement.

You can say what you want about Cotto but he doesn't duck. Margarito doesn't duck and Williams was still waiting this summer for a fight with Floyd...... again there are PLENTY of LINKS to substantiate what I said.

Another FACT: True Welterweights Cotto, Margarito, Williams, Mosley all managed to fight each other but Floyd couldn't because he fought a career 140lb Hatton instead then wanted to go on a vacation. Nice timing Floyd! Plenty of links.

Another FACT: There are boxers who have called out Floyd, so don't give the impression that they did not call out Floyd.
                      - Margarito did. Floyd responded by saying "who is Margarito" .... then fought no-name Baldomir.
                      - Williams called Floyd out plenty of times and even said recently that Floyd doesn't have the balls .... and concluded that there was a better chance of fighting Manny! Plenty of links.
                      - Martinez has called him out. Plenty of links.
                      - Manny has called him out. Plenty of links.

MOSLEY: Mosley had just fought in the middle of July and was asked in the ring by Larry Merchant NOT FLOYD, what about a fight with Floyd as he is available for November. LESS THAN 4 MONTHS AWAY!!! There was talk of Margarito for November NOT Mosley. Mosley pointed it out and said he PLANNED and was going on vacation and if Floyd can wait a few months they can do it in early 2007. Mosley fought February 2007. Floyd didn't want to fight Mosley, instead fought the no-name Baldomir in November.

Also, you nicely forgot to mention that if the money was right, Mosley said he could change his mind and fight Floyd in November. Floyd NEVER had Mosley in his radar.

Also funny that Floyd fans hate Arum's deadlines but Floyd did the same in a way and fought no-name Baldomir in November instead of the better opponent Mosley. Like I said, Floyd NEVER had Mosley in his radar.
Come on man! I'm speaking about what actually happened not
what I think or ASS/U/ME like you. Floyd called everyone out
when he was fighting at 130. All the big names at that and no
one gave him a shot. Even called Mosley out when he was at 130
and Shane at 135. What are you talking about? Floyd was begging
to fight Shane and Oscar. Cotto? PLEASE. Cotto wasn't even ready
to fight Floyd when Floyd went to 140 and fought Gatti. Cotto and
Hatton was there. Even Jim Lampley said Cotto was positioned to
be Floyd's next opponent but he should think about it because he is
                      not ready.

I never believed Cotto/Margarito could beat Floyd. Look at
how they turned out once they start fighting elite competition.
A prime Undefeated Cotto had a hard time against Mosley, and
Margarito pummeled him. All of a sudden Cotto would beat Floyd?
No way. Arum was in control of Cotto like he is with Pac and look
what's going on. Match making city. A no name Baldomir? When
did you start watching boxing? Baldomir beat the then Undisputed
WW, which was Zab Judah. Margarito who back then? After
trying to make a fight with Floyd, what did Margarito do after Floyd
told him to keep winning and the fight would be greater later?

He lost to Paul Williams. And why are people bringing up Margarito
anyway? Dude is a cheat who needed an illegal substance to beat
up on smaller guys in his own division. You guys make me laugh
with Floyd ducked Margarito. Sure, Floyd ducked Margarito to
fight the former Undisputed and Lineal champion(s), then take
on a bigger, stronger Oscar De La Hoya at 154, with all odds
stacked against him, with Freddie Roach in Oscar's corner and prior
been sparring with Mosley to get ready for Floyd. Yeah, I really
believe Floyd was scared of Cotto/Margarito (Sarcasm) Tell me this,
when was the last time Manny beat anyone on top of their game?
Also.... how come Cotto never called out Floyd? I have been
posting articles and quotes from back then and not one of them
proved Floyd ducked anyone back then. But we all see that Pac
                      is ducking fighters now.
