Honestly I don't think he said it like this in the Pacquiao fight, but sometimes when Margarito fights Buffer breaks out the "El Tornado de Tijuana". It sounds pretty cool.. Always like hearing him introduce Manny, Floyd, and ODH.. Former lightweight, super, etc. it's funny about when he gets to number 4 or 5.
