Is Berto a "bigger" name opponent than Clottey?

Manny fought Joshua Clottey in a fight called "The Event" which actually turned out to be somewhat of a successful event. Question is, would a fight vs Andre Berto create equal or greater buzz than "The Event" and if so, then why not Manny vs Berto? It's probably the best fight that can be made at Welter, from a competitive standpoint.

I don't think so. Clottey was coming off fighting Cotto. So people somewhat recognized his name. Berto hasn't really done anything to get his name out there.
