A hypocrite would be somebody who holds a JMW title, and yet would not dare to fight an actual JMW. That would be a hypocrite alright. I wonder who would do something like that?

Or, a hypocrite would be somebody who calls himself P4P, and yet demands that Cotto be at 145 even after he had already fought at 147, and then also demand that the career-featherweight Marquez come up to 147

The fact that Manny demanded a catch-weight of 145 for Cotto, and yet will not fight Marquez unless the fight is held at 147..... is priceless

Manny Pacquiao is a hypocrite for ducking Sergio Martinez. If JMM can go up two divisions to WW, then surely Manny can defend his JMW title at 154.

I just hope pacman will not give this whiney girl marquez a trilogy because with the way nacho, marquez and oscar are are running their mouths insulting and dissing pacman i dont see any reason why pacman would reward them a single cent by fighting sour g**** old man marquez when pacquiao never dissed any of them. Just let marquez earn small change by fighting lightweights and pacman continue fighting welterweights who doesnt cry when they lose. Personally i'm not against this fight.

I would favor that if Mosley didn't just come off a draw looking the way he did with Mora. I know styles make fights but he's almost 40 now and holds no belts/titles and hasn't won in nearly 2 years. How does a fighter like that deserve a shot OVER an undefeated #1 WW in Mayweather, an undefeated #2 WW in Berto, the arguable #1 JMW and #1 MW Martinez, the TOP 140 lber in JMM (if the fights at 140) and the honorable mentions of Alexander/Bradley who are both undefeated titlists?

My problem is that out of a list of creditable TOP fighters at all different weight classes, Pac ONLY wants 147 all of a sudden which is odd but no problem. Until you see the lists Arum has given us that consists of fighters that do not compete at 147 and the only other creditable fighter that they are "SERIOUSLY" looking at is Berto and it seems as Pac/Arum doesn't want that fight by using money as the excuse. I hope i'm really really really wrong.

I'm not asking for any catchweights, I'm not asking for Pac to do anything I'm not asking Mayweather or any other fighter to do. I'm asking Pac to fight an elite fighter AT there weight class weather that be Mayweather or Berto AT 147, Martinez AT 154, JMM AT 140, Bradley/Alexander AT 140 or 147. That is a legit TOP list that ranges from 140 all the way up to 154.

The fact that these fights I just listed wont get made is the reason boxing is hurting yet everyone points at Mayweather who went on vacation after ironically breaking down the #1 WW at 147 who Pac now thinks is "not too good" so he wants to get credit for a "win" too. Why cant Pac return the favor of fighting the best? He owes it to boxing and to the fans.

Why do we hold such low standards for Pac? Why cant anyone expect him to "undisputedly" fight the best? Not losers, cheaters and old men. Or the worst, ask a 135 lb fighter to move up to 147 where pac didn't even when his WW title at..... let alone weigh in at for his JMW title fight. People ask what is wrong with boxing, well its not Mayweather who's doing ****** shyt OUTSIDE of boxing. Its Pac who hurting boxing INSIDE the ring. Boxing is about what goes on in the ring. What has Pac done for us lately?

Pac has at least three more fights left in him. Let him fight Mosley next, then Marquez afterwards. And then Berto if he is ready by 2012. He can't fight all three at the same time, just fall in line.

It's only hardcore boxing fans like us who demand so much from Pacquiao. The casual fan has no problem shelling out for Pac's PPVs since his fights are always entertaining regardless of who the opponent is. And Arum is right in saying that it is the casual fan who makes or breaks a promotion. Just consider the <5000 paying fans who watched Marquez and Berto in the same show, despite the hype among hardcore fans.

Let's just enjoy the show while it lasts.

Very true. I still believe (opinion) that Shane - Floyd is fixed to give way for a bigger Floyd - Pac match. Too bad a lot of people were fooled by Floyd by going for a vacation after getting his $$$. A well trained Shane will still give a hell out of Pac if Floyd will not listen to the boxing community to fight Pac and continues enjoying his vacation.

Pacquiao is a punk. Sergio Martinez could fight Pacquiao and the fight would do way better on PPV given that Sergio's fight with Paul was paired with Pac's fight with Margarito. But given Pacquiao wouldn't be fighting a Frankenstien slow as a sloth, Arum is gonna use Martinez's supposed size advantage as an excuse for the fight not to happen.
