Ortiz hasn't done anything to suggest he is better then Amir right now though.
    True True...

Amir makes his ass quit via multiple right hands

I am disappointing in you with that response.

Ortiz should not be ranked in the top 5 let alone top 3 and is even laughable to suggest he should be over Khan.

True. Rankings are based on resume, and Ortiz has done nothing. It explains why The Ring don't have Ortiz in the top 10 JWW. Although, I would have him in the top 10, certainly above Paul McCloskey.

i think they're both on the same level at the moment

since losing to Prescott, look at the opponents they put Khan in there against?

              kotelnik, salita, malinaggi

what do all those guys have in common?

none of them have the power to put Amir to sleep

and since Victor got KO'd, he's been matched up very well to get his confidence back

diaz was him getting something to munch on when he came back

nate was him trying out his legs in case he gets in trouble in the future

and Harris was him showing a glimpse of his confidence coming back and being more aggressive

he's not even in the discussions amongst the top 140 pounders.
