I am not excusing Rios, but he DID apologize, suffered the derision and somewhat veiled hostility of a correspondent in a video. He seemed genuinely contrite. What struck me about it was that he owned to his mistake. It's one thing to be sorry 'if I offended'. He knew he offended, admitted his wrongdoing and apologized. He acted like an ass, realized it, apologized for it and did not shrink from accepting responsibility. That's a man.
