Shot Corley did not do better with Maidana than Ortiz. Ortiz was winning the fight, got 3 knock downs, despite not fighting the right fight. Also taking into mind the Maidana that fought Corley was a poorly trained Maidana (he was exhausted early in the fight), while the Maidana that fought Ortiz was probably the best Maidana ever.

I wouldn't say Vic had to go 12 rounds with Nate. It's more like he chose to be careful and boxed and moved. In his last fight he went for it and looked very fast and strong. Depends on the mental approach that he brings into the ring. With Maidana being on the card I think he's going to go for making a statement. I've got him stopping Peterson late
