I think Pac-Shane is a joke of a fight at this point, but Arum has already proven he can spin **** into PPV gold. He's pushing for Mosley because he knows he can get big numbers and a much larger share of the pie now that GBP is out of the picture.

    It's not $/buys that's the issue, it's the matchup.
Not on this planet. I have purchased every Pacquiao PPV as well as numerous others including Floyd and Mosely. I steered away from Mosely/Mora and will not support Manny in agreeing to a bout of sanctioned ****cide against Shane.
Mayweather is a mental wreck. He has trouble getting up for a fight even when they are manipulated exhibitions such as his last two debacles. Forget him. He can't beat Manny. Manny is simply too willing a warrior.
Marquez is the fight. Arum wants only one title: PPV King. With Manny / Margarito exceeding the all time Punch For Pay buy, he knows that only the legendary Mexican can assist with this goal. At the end of the day it is Pacquiao who selects the opponent. Don't be fooled. He knows that Juan Manuel is the more compelling battle and a way will be found to make it happen.

your absolutly right!!!! shane has an iron chin and has never been ko'd. pacs come forwaed style walks him right into shanes killer right followed by a left hook. all this talk about shanes last fight how he looked bad, well how did margarito look in his last fight before he fought manny? i think getting ktfo looks very bad. but arum sold that crappy fight just like he said he would. and the public has bought all those crappy fights. and will continue to do so.

yeah right. arum and roach dont want any part of shane mosley. thats why they turned him down TWICE for a fight with pac. roach knows shane will ko manny inside of 8 rounds. manny looks very good vs those soup cans he fought in his last fights. but put him in vs shane and its lights out pac...

So let me get this straight... boxing scene is full of hardcore boxing fans... yet they refuse to watch the #1 pound for pound boxer box versus a top ten challenger? But the so called mainstream fan, will gladly pay it to get a glimpse of Pac? Makes me wonder who are the real hardcore fans...

I will order the fight. There is no way I will miss a Manny or a Floyd fight while they are in their primes.

If promoters knew **** about anything, then they would know if they only put quality fights on then eventually more and more people would take it seriously. Corrupt idiots.

It's pretty clear you haven't paid much attention to boxing or Shane Mosley lately.

steward is right. mosley needs a good impressive victory against pwill or berto before anyone wants to see mosley fight pac.
