I'm pretty sure he listed Shane Mosley as one of the African Americans he wished Pac would fight.

When he made his statement about slick fighters?

I'm not sure on the latest from GBP, but is Hopkins even going to make money from Mosley? Last I read Mosley was going to fight under his own promotional banner.

                      LOL @ Drug War.

^Hopkins didn't mention any one in particular outside of Mayweather and "black fighters from inner cities"

Floyd Mayweather would beat Manny Pacquiao because the styles that African-American fighters -- and I mean, black fighters from the streets or the inner cities -- would be successful.

Shane Mosley was never seen as fighter from the street/inner city. He always refereed to himself as "half Mexican fighter", because of his come-forward style, Pacquiao's favorite style.

                      Also said

Pacquiao fought and defeated Joshua Clottey of Ghana earlier this year, but Hopkins discounted that win, saying "Clottey is 'black,' but not a 'black boxer' from the states with a slick style."

When he says black boxer, he doesn't mean any black fighter out there, he means the signature style of a black boxer[slick and defensive].
