Ohh ****!!! Cotto-Martinez might happen in March!

Just read it on endi.com (local newspaper). It says that team Cotto and Arum are working with Dibella for a fight in March against Sergio @ 155 for Sergio's belt.

I'm a Cotto fan all the way since the start, but I fear for him. He's a small 154 pounder with a lot of mileage. But if he can pull it off...ohh man.

Man, I actually like that fight and think it would do big numbers. I see Cotto doing well for a few rds then Martinez starts to pummel him with counter shots. I think Cotto gets all cut up and the ref contemplates stopping it or Cotto gets UD'd. Cotto can take a beating so unless Martinez times him perfectly like he did Williams, I think Cotto will survive but get beaten up badly by the end. Martinez would probably be the hardest puncher he has ever faced.

Yes it is. 155 for Sergio's 160 belt.

Cotto is the man. My favorite fighter. But the fight should be at 160 for the belt, no less.

Cotto should push for 160. Personally I think that Sergio's too big, but fighting at 155 is just wrong.

i think cotto could beat martinez. martinez has alot of hype about him recently and people may be thinking he is better than he actually is. should be a good competitive fight id say.

Not bad. Cotto will be competitive for a while before he's KO'ed. This **** better be on regular HBO.

Damn man I love Cotto but I don’t think he’ll beat Sergio. Right now Martinez is on top of his game.

Still, win or lose this speaks volumes about Cotto taking on the toughest challenges, that's more than we can say about a certain somebody we can’t mention his name right now *cough* cough* Floyd.
