It's obviously to establish a comparison between Manny's performances and Mayweather's performances against common opponents. Why he is doing it is a mystery but it has to provide some advantage to do so. I think it has some psychological aspect to it......it would likely lead Floyd to question his own success against Pac given how well he was able to outshine Floyd's own efforts against these guys everytime.
