Yeah I was thinking the same thing. 3 bad losses in a row. It's next to impossible to get a career back on track after that.

On the (very tiny) plus side, Ward is different than froch and Dirrell. Has shorter reach and likes to go on the inside. It might be a better styles match-up. Ultimately though: Ward is just to skilled for Abraham and will beat him handily IMO.

I think you guys are being too harsh, he's obviously got ability, his problem seems to be psychological.

But he's definitely world class imo.

If he lets his hands go, I got him k.o'ing Ward.

While I don't want Abraham to quit the super six, it would probably be a wise career move. Losing to Ward will destroy what little career he has left. He needs to move back to middleweight, get a few wins under his belt, and then fight for another title. Abraham is much more than a club fighter, but when your fighting world class guys like Dirrell and Froch who have big size and strength advantages, it's hard to be effective.

Sauerlands, Wegner and both Abraham brothers are a bunch of sore loser, cheating scumbags. It's a damn shame that any of them made it this far in the sport considering how piss poor every one of them is at what they do.
I'm pretty sure Wegner was in the camera shot after the fight when Artie was having his mouthpiece removed, and his facial expression was one of noticable disgust.

No matter what happens in the tourney (glen johnson won't win it), he shouldn't even be in the tournament, he's not even a SMW. This tournament isn't legit without Bute in it. Alan Green had no business in it either.

Well Bute is getting the winner so I can live with it. Besides, he has his own resume sharpening to do. But you're right about Alan Green, for instance. And I give the Road Warrior a good shot against Froch. It certainly won't be easy.

that's pretty ****ed up when you're own trainer calls you a coward. but some of the blame has to be put on wegner for training AA and giving him no answers to a stick-n-move style or a volume punching style.

We can put BIG points on this Jacky my friend. I believe Ward will make Abe quit.

I mean look at the Bute fight, he was outboxing Bute(And Miranda has never been known to outbox anybody), until he made the dumbest mistake I've ever seen a Boxer make, and purposfully left his chin out there to get checked by a puncher.

I was one of the first who thought Froch would beat AA.

                      It seemed obvious.

I'm gonna say this right now.......AA vs Ward is a tough fight.

                      I have it as a toss-up.

If you are tall and rangy and don't get tired your going to beat AA.

Ward has been fighting inside a lot.

I can't see that strategy working to well against AA.

                      Ward may win.

But its going to be closer than Froch-AA.

                      Styles.
