If that happens, I kinda wish they take A LOT of heat for it. Good side to this is this - if Manny is really his best at 147, there is a chance that him and Sergio may get it on at some later time. Not THAT far to 155...as long as Sergio still agrees. But he's getting older...

Manny still won't fight Sergio Martinez. Their asking him for a
catchweight but Pac can't do a catchweight with JMM? Pac
is turning out to be an over hyped fighter. It is all coming out

Was that what Arum was saying when he asked Cotto to come down to 145 for the Welter weight title. Arum's hypocrisy has no end. I think the fight should be fought at a weight that's fair for both fighters. Both fighters are Hall of Famers and should be treated with respect.

I understand manny getting the A side of the money, but asking marquez to fight @ 147 is wrong.

Yea he should. Hes real confident about winning the 3rd fight so he should just go in at a ready weight where he will perform at the best of his ability. I want this fight to be even, especially since it would be their last fight. Marquez at 147 will lose bad. Definitely not feeling that move from Pacmans team.
