This fight can't happen unless serge wanta to give up his wbo belt... The wbo has mandated that he fight two mandatories and cintron is not in the top 3... Pwill was #1 mand and #2 is Chavez jr and then it's vanes martirosyan.... Maybe the first two won't take the fight but I know vanes has been wanting this fight for a long time and so his time and wish may be here... Cintron will take a back seat on this one...
