It was just a shame that the casual fans only knows 2 playas in the boxing business...
Only 4920? WTF! Marquez is rightly so as he begs for a rematch. If he thinks, he beat Pac twice, he should not shamelessly beg Pacquiao to rematch with him.

Mayweather's psyche and persona is what made him the winner, how? Because he thinks he is the very best. That's the "good ego" that fighters have....that "will" to win while having the supreme mind to lord over his skills.

That's what sets him apart. We can all "hate" him but that's what got him to the top but now "waning" to maintain it.

          Enter Pacquiao.

Pacquiao also is a blessed fighter. Relentless, passionate and just now discovering new techniques and knowledge to a relatively more complete fighter upstaging Mayweather. Marquez however, is also a master of what he does.

          But also waning.

Interesting plots here folks! Now Marquez is like Pacquiao wishing to fight Mayweather.

But seemed not to get it.

What's ugly is that it is becoming a pugilism of ego instead of the sport on the ring: FIGHTING.

In that light, I wished for Mayweather to fight Pacquiao, and Pacquiao to fight Marquez to have a merry-Hollywood finish to all of these. Would we get it?

Perhaps only halfway. I think that Mayweather would eventually fight Pacquiao due to the big money and Pacquiao will not fight Marquez if he wins the fight with Mayweather.

Anti-climactic finish to an otherwise another Cinderallesque finish.
Eloquent, but unless the boxing public give Marquez a chance at beating Pacquiao..what is the point of the third fight? Not even Marquez's biggest fans are giving Marquez a chance of winning. What does that tell you? That is why Marquez and Golden Boy took such an ugly stance at the post-fight press conference.

At 147, Pacquiao would clobber Marquez to an early KO.

At 140, Pacquiao would clobber Marques to a later TKO.

At 135, Pacquiao would win a very decisive UD.

At 130, Pacquiao would win a close UD.

Pacquiao is no longer the same one-dimensional fighter that only uses JAB-STRAIGHT LEFTS. He has now blossomed to a very versatile and more complete fighter that he has developed:

            • Lead Right Hooks / Check Hooks
            • Piston-like Combination from any angles
            • In and Out footworks - lateral movements

And stronger. Though less head movement (more vulnerable to get hit and that is partly due to strategies against bigger fighters to cajole them to open up for the counters and barrages)

Pacquiao would fight a different fight with Marquez knowing that he is now "more skilled" that he would fight an "in and out" fight utilizing footworks and angles and smother Marquez with combinations.

It would be smart not to get into toe-to-toe with Marquez but even then, Pacquiao has gained more firepower with his combinations.

It's too late for Marquez now waning from his previous prowess albeit still very potent. Katsidis' vicious left hook that floored Marquez shows he is still vulnerable against the LEFT HOOK.

Pacquiao's power together with his follow-ups would surely clobber Marques these days. For he is far from his one-dimensional days.

Financial-wise, it isn't a viable fight...but for purists and pure pugilism's sakes, then the TRILOGY is a must.

I see it as the last fight of the purported 3 or 4 last fights of Pacquiao. As a closure.

Pacquioa should be afraid of Marquez

The way Marquez is acting is like a jilted girlfried who is stalking Pacquiao at every turn. LIke an ex-girlfried, Marquez should just understand that pac used you and has now moved on. Go find another guy to cry over a cold glass of piss.

                      wow.

wearing that shirt for all the world to see just shows you what a whiny little b1tch he really is.

totally classless but not really surprising coming from a guy who drinks his own piss.

i said previously that i would root for jmm if roach insists on 147.

                      i take it back.

i hope pac makes him piss at any weight.

                      i ain't rooting for a whiny scumbag.
