Of all Pacquiao's potential opponents he spanks anyone silly not named Martinez or Mayweather. If he doesn't end up fighting Mayweather or Martinez in his next fight at least give the fans what they want.

Saying he spanks him silly is a piss poor excuse to not fight him, especially when he'll spank pretty much 99% of his opponents/potential opponents at 135(Marquez), 140(Bradley, Alexander, Khan), and 147(Berto, Mosley).

Everybody keeps saying that Pacquiao is too much for Marquez
now but Pacquiao don't want to fight Marquez again. The last
person to give Pac a challenge was Juan Manuel Marquez, so
no one knows exactly how Pac would do against him again
until it happens. I would think Pac would want to erase all
doubts about their first encounters instead of trying to top
Floyd again by fighting Shane Mosley. Pac should have fought
Shane, when Shane was the #1 WW in the division where
Pacquiao was fighting and winning a title.

Marquez technique will always be problem for Manny--his timing, his counter-punching, his traps, his accuracy, and his experience-- being in two fights with Manny will give Manny hell. Say as much as u want, but Manny has beaten the same fighter six times in Diaz, Oscar, Hatton, Cotto, Clottey, and Margarito. None of these guys are counter punchers and are fighters who will take punches to land their own. Obviously, Marquez has aged since their last outing, but has shown he's a formidable opponent who can't be written off. I say give him a chance to either shut up or put up.

Marquez is insane...he is no match for pacquiao...he struggled against a lightweight katsidis...pacquiao slewed with ease giants like margarito, clottey and cotto...marquez is just looking for a big payday...deep in him, marquez knows that he is no match for pacquiao.

I think Marquez still has the style to beat Manny. Marquez
has been fighting the better competition since their last

i like to see your boy marquez do against margarito,clottey,hatton,dela hoya and cotto. well see who is really ******ed. you think its easy fighting bigger guys maybe you have never been in the ring. ask paul williams he fought a catchweight fight against martinez. he got his brain busted. pacquiao fought a guy 17lbs heavier than him and broke him down. so if you really know your boxing show some respect... its easier said than done.

i learned most of what i know about boxing from watching fights with my friends that fought in the amateurs. two of whom could have easily gone pro but they ****ed off their careers and ended up in prison. but i have never stepped in the ring but it doesnt meant i dont know **** about boxing. i dont claim to be a expect but i think i have a unbiased opinion. i love what pacquiao has done for the sport, he the face of boxing and it cool that he bring new fans to the sport. he has great talent and skill but i dont consider him a great fighter. a great fighter to me fights on a even playing field and fights his opponents at their natural weight classes like roberto duran. he went up in weight and fought bigger guys and beat them. if pacquiao fought someone good that was in his prime that was 17 lbs heavier than him i would give him credit. he could fight someone 50lbs more than him and still win the case of clottey, if the person you fight dosent throw back whats the point, anyone can win a fight like that. marquez wants pacquiao know hes towards the end of his career but he still looks pretty sharp. he dosent have the luxury time to fight all those people but i guarantee he would beat hatton and de la hoya, who are both shot. and i've always thought ricky was overrated. margarito is finished in my opinion he may have a little left. but cotto and clottey are a different story. i think pacquiao and marquez are two of the greatest fighters of the last decade and people hate on both of them. i dont know why people hate on marquez so much, people calling him a crybaby, if you lost a close fight and thought you won it you would want a rematch too. and he moved up in weight to fight mayweather and the size difference proved to much and mayweather came in heavier than he was supposed to. mayweather is by far better than everyone you listed and marquez had the balls to take the fight and called mayweather out after to first diaz fight. but i do understand why people hate on pacquiao hes been cherry picking fights. all i want from pacquiao is to fight better opponents thats all it not asking much to ask. he should fight at welterweight if he cant fight any great welterweights. im sorry but as a boxing fan i like to see fights that arent completely lopsided thats not a real fight to me. great fights are pacquiao vs marquez I & II. those were truely great fights give and take.

you didnt mention the david diaz fight maybe people want to forget that fight. that fight was nothing short of pathetic. that was the point and time i started to lose respect for pacquiao.

Have the Pacman fans forgot??? If Pac never knocked Marquez down in those fights Pacquiao would have lost both fights easily. Oh but if you've just started watching him you wouldn't know that. It's ok to love a fighter but when you love the fighter so much that you lose common sense you become ******ed.
