I actually thought he looked about the same as always, still has great stamina and recovery, but he is, as always, wide open for the hook which can be his undoing against the right opponent.

            Where have you been?

He's been like this since he started being more offensive, sitting in the pocket and dealing out punishment. He will move, but he's similar to Rafa, where he will engage consistently if you choose to take it there.

He put up close to 700 punches in less than 9 rounds, an average of 70+ punches per round. He did the same against Diaz, but more punches and a little less accurate. JMM is 37, but still going strong.

Ummm....they actually fought at 135 and other fighters fight at higher weight classes and don't get knocked down unless they are showing they are past their prime

Even at 37, he's still got plenty more than most guys can handle in his division. Body wise he may not seem as fit as he used to, but he was clearly in amazing shape tonight. You just simply cannot withstand the kind of pressure that Katsidis applied and counter that effectively and relentlessly unless you are in supreme condition. What other guys in the sport right now can go that hard? Not a Floyd fan at all, but, more than anything else, JMM's performance is making Floyd look better and better.

Im not talking about his output im talking about his ability to control the ring. His energy level is not the same were he can outbox you for rounds and finish you. Now he stays in the pocket longer and take more risks to land his shots

Diaz and Casamayor beat Katsidis very decisively....well except for a fading Casamayor which is past his prime and won in similar fashion. He got dropped, got up and KO'd Katsidis with his superior skill and experience
