I like the HBO trio but when it comes down to it, they are HBO employees. They just want a fight that will sell good numbers of PPVs.

I actually thought it was the opposite, they didn't mention Berto as a possible opponent because Pac would take him apart and its clear HBO is trying to make Berto a future star.

What the **** has Clottey or Margarito done? Last I checked Berto was actually a welterweight champion.

Merchant just wants Berto to fight someone else, not a Hernandez before Pacquiao, so do I, maybe you think that's the line of order, beat Hernandez and get a shot at Pac. I want to see that fight, but Hernandez doesn't solidify it for me, I just wanna see it cuz there is no one else at welterweight. And why not pressure Floyd to fight Berto when he gets back in the mix, since Berto just passed the last waive of defense before reaching the top dogs.
