Abraham-Froch and the Super Six semis

We already know the 4 semifinalists, but here's how the semis would look depending on the outcome of Abraham-Froch, in case anyone else was wondering about this...

Disclaimer: All of this would only be correct if Ward's fight against Bika does not count and that Glen Johnson inherited Mikkel Kessler's scorecards points for the tiebreaker, both of which I assume but am not 100% sure of.

    Abraham wins on points:
    Ward-Froch, Abraham-Johnson

    Abraham wins by KO/TKO:
    Abraham-Froch, Ward-Johnson

    Froch wins on points:
Ward-Abraham/Johnson, Froch-Johnson/Abraham - depending on scorecards, most likely opponent named first

    Froch wins by KO/TKO:
Ward-Abraham/Johnson, Froch-Johnson/Abraham - depending on scorecards at time of stoppage, most likely opponent named first

Edit: Here's a neat overview from the boxing news page: http://www.boxingscene.com/?m=show&id=33257
Makes this thread pretty much irrelevant, but maybe someone hasn't read it yet and knows now...

Abraham and Froch should not have to fight each other in the semi finals. It's not fair, them two pounding each other and Ward getting a free pass to the final.

The chance that the two meet again in the semis is rather slim though, only if Abraham wins by KO/TKO and by that overtakes Ward (who can not make points against Bika, which is a bit unfair...), in all else scenarios it is rather unrealistic, (I believe Abraham must win pretty much all rounds before getting stopped late, then it could also happen).

didn't ward already get a 2 point bonus in the tournament because his friend dropped out? his road has been dramaticlaly easier than the others for sure

Abraham-Johnson would be a great fight.

I agree with no Froch-Abraham II (no matter how good the 1st fight is), Ward will have had the easiest ride possible if he beats Johnson in a semi.

Oh yeah, the fight better not be in Oakland either.

True he did get 2 points for nothing after Dirrell did drop out. With the whole farce of postponements and 3 out of 6 people pulling out, the tournament stage was a bit ridiculous anyways.

The chances for Ward having it "easy" (not everyone will agree) with Johnson in the semis is not so big, only with 1 out of 4 possible outcomes (Abraham wins early).
There's a fifth possible outcome, although not very likely, a draw. That way it would be Ward-Froch and Abraham-Johnson, too.
