Why is it ok for Manny to move up yet again but it isn't ok for Sergio to move up for a fight, or for Mayweather to fight at all?

This ts focus is just hating on Manny.

Sergio could move up instead of down, yet he prefers fighting small fighters. I don't blame him. Pac is a superstar.

The point im getting here is that neither of the fighters should fight because of the gap within the two.
