But Pac misses the agreed upon weight with Margarito by 4 pounds and noone says anything? Mayweather said he wanted to fight at a weight he was comfortable at. Pac said he wanted to retain speed. So if Mayweather cheated then so did Pac. I think if Mayweather fights Pac he should demand Pac pay 10 million dollars for every pound he's under 147. Fair is fair no double standards. People said Mayweather has a history of not coming in at the agreed upon weight (after only ONE catchweight fight) and now so does Pac. So let's keep it real. OH and didn't Freddie Roach say Pac is a natural welterweight now? Yeah so no more talk about how Pac is really a lightweight or jww.
Coming-in at higher weight is hugely different than coming-in at lighter weight... Are you sure, sir you are a boxing fan?

If a fighter comes in at a weight lighter than the agreed weight, the heavier opponent has the advantage. If however, a fighter comes in higher than the agreed weight, that is CHEATING, sir.

Mayweather is the bigger man when it comes to the Marquez fight. Pacquiao is the smaller man when it comes to his fight. Mayweather challenge Marquez who are naturally a smaller man while Pacquiao has been challenging much bigger men than him and winning emphatically. Mayweather should start to Man up and fight Packy.(Period)

The mentality of some people on this forum is astounding. They read a poorly written article based on some spurious remarks and, depending on what "side" their on, look for an angle to deride the "enemy". They treat boxing like a ****ty reality show, where they claim to be on Team Whoever and "boo" the rest. They need an absolute, otherwise the world isn't right. Simpletons.

Indeed. Being the heavier man is generally considered to be an advantage, hence we have weight classes and why a Calderon-Klitschko fight never materialised.

As much as I dont like pac, a 160lb shouldnt pick a fight with a 147lbs, thats just keeping it real.

The guy has all the advantage in the world coming in that fight. If Pac wins Ill become a *******, and thats how much I believe that he'll lose.

im quite disappointed with sergio...why is he looking at a welterweight for a fight?...he is a ****ing MIDDLEWEIGHT!!!...if you CANT LOOSE POUNDS AND MAKE THE WEIGHT THEN DONT CALL OUT FIGHTERS BELOW YOUR WEIGHT CLASS AND TRY TO GET THEM FIGHT YOU ON YOUR WEIGHT. YOU DONT HAVE THE RIGHT OR EARNED THE RIGHT YET TO DICTATE THE TERMS...

Your logic is a little flawed, sir.
heavyweights are never considered as the best in boxing pound for pound.
